Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Charges apply for returns.

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can return your order if you’re not satisfied with the items, within 90 days of receiving them. However, the following conditions must be met for a successful return:

  1. The product must be returned with all parts and components, and the original packaging intact.
  2. The product should show normal signs of handling, with no damage from careless use.
  3. Products related to hygiene (such as intimate wear) must be cleaned before initiating a return.
  4. If the product is defective upon arrival, it must be reported immediately.
  5. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, you will receive confirmation of your return.

Please note that returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of being used or damaged without fault on our part.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: support@tasmanbay-boutique.com
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the product (if damaged)
    • Your full name
    • Shipping address

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the sender’s address. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellation Policy

If you’re a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Right of Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.

Please note that because we operate with an automated system, orders are processed and shipped immediately after being placed. Therefore, once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us via email, clearly stating your intent to withdraw from the contract. We will process your cancellation once we receive the returned goods. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

Record for Shipments in Transit

As our products are shipped from Istanbul Turkey, they may take longer to arrive. If your order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible until it is delivered. Once you’ve received the goods, you can return them to us.

To expedite the return process, please send us the shipping confirmation once you have returned the product.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Once we receive your returned items, we will refund all payments made, excluding delivery costs (unless you opted for a more expensive delivery method than our standard option). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.


Important Note:
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse. Our customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
